In the cold chill of the winter's night
As a blanket of thick snow covers the earth
The moon gives an eerie glow
To a clearing in the distance
Her voice is the shrill mournful cry
That splits the still of the night
Her form begins to take shape
And she begins her walk again
For this she-wolf searches across the ages
Through many lives to this time and place
On a path predestined
On a journey to complete her life cycle
Love, true, undying love
That which is knitted through time
You can kill her body
You can damn her soul
But you don't stand a chance against her prayer
You don't stand a chance against her love
For she will endure and she will live again
She searches for her long lost mate
In the clear, crisp air of the winter's night
Where there's no wind blowing
In the darkness, she can hear the stars falling from the sky
Once she has found the one of her Heart's Desire
With a breath of kindness
Blow the rest away
No matter what this mortal world demands
He'll never lose his way back home
Open your soul and hear her calling to you
In the depths of your heart
Feel her there in every beat of your heart
For that is where she lives
Feel her in the air around you
Whispering in your ear
With each breath, she fills you with her presence
Remember even the She-Wolf dreams


Please take the wolf and send her on her way around the world to continue her walk
in the name of the plight of the animals who cannot speak
for themselves yet continue to die at the hands of humans.

Great Spirit, you are everything
And yet above everything
You are first and always have been
Through you our children will have strong hearts
And they will walk the straight path in a sacred manner
Help me to walk the sacred path of life
Without difficulty
With my mind and heart continually fixed on you!
